Wheat dosa/wheat dosa with green chillies

(South indian breakfst recipe)

Wheat dosa ingredients:

  • 1 cup wheat flour
  • 1/4 cup rice flour
  • 1 onion finely chopped
  • 1 green chilli or to taste, finely chopped
  • salt to taste
  • oil for sprinkle

Wheat dosa or goduma dosi preparation:

  • Mix wheat flour, rice flour and salt first.
  • Then add chopped onions and green chillies.
  • Add water to this mixture slowly and mix it well till it gets consistency of dosa batter.
  • Heat a flat pan(dosa tawa) and pour a laddle full of batter and spread it like a dosai.
  • Pour a tsp oil around the dosi and cook on medium heat.
  • When the bottom turns into light golden brown colour then turn it into other side.
  • Cook on medium flame for few more mins.
  • Remove from flame and your wheat dosa is ready to serve.

cooking time: 5-7 mins

Serves: 2-4
