Wheat dosa
ingredients:
- 1 cup wheat flour
- 1/4 cup rice flour
- 1 onion finely chopped
- 1 green chilli or to taste, finely chopped
- salt to taste
- oil for sprinkle
Wheat dosa or goduma
dosi preparation:
- Mix wheat flour, rice flour and salt first.
- Then add chopped onions and green chillies.
- Add water to this mixture slowly and mix it well till
it gets consistency of dosa batter.
- Heat a flat pan(dosa tawa) and pour a laddle full of
batter and spread it like a dosai.
- Pour a tsp oil around the dosi and cook on medium
heat.
- When the bottom turns into light golden brown colour
then turn it into other side.
- Cook on
medium flame for few more mins.
- Remove from flame and your wheat dosa is ready to
serve.
