Uthappam
ingredients:
- 1 cup idly batter
- 1 onion (finelly chopped)
- 2 green chillies (chopped)
- 1/2" fresh ginger root
- few curry leaves (chopped)
- few coriander leaves (chopped)
- oil for sprinkle

Uthappam
preparation:

Add chopped onions, chopped green
chillies, minced ginger root, chopped curry
leaves and chopped coriander leaves to the
idly batter and mix well.

Heat the non-stick tawa and pour a
laddle full of batter and spread like a thick
dosa.

Sprinkle a spoon full of oil around
the uthapam.

cook on low flame for 5 mins.

Now turn over on the other side and
again cook for 2-3 mins.

Remove from the tawa and serve
oothappam with coconut chutnet or sambar.
