Sweet paniyaram
ingredients:
- 1 cup raw rice
- 1 cup jaggery
- 1 ripe banana
- 1/4 cup coconut pieces
- a pinch of cardamom powder
- oil for deep fry

Sweet paniyaram
preparation:
- Wash and soak the rice for 2 hrs.
- Grind the rice without adding water till soft.
- Mash the banana and powder the jaggery.
- Mix the mashed banana and powdered jaggery with batter
and again grind it.
- Then add coconut pieces and mix well and ferment it for
3-4 hrs.
- Heat a pan with oil.
- Now pour a spoon full of the above batter and deep fry
till they turn into golden brown colour.
- Remove from flame and drain the oil completely.
- Now your sweet paniyaram is ready to serve.
- Serve hot or cold.
