Pineapple kesari bath
ingredients:
- 1 cup sooji (rava)
- 2 cups sugar or to taste
- 2-21/2 cups water
- 1 cup pineapple pieces (finely chopped)
- a pinch cardamom powder
- a pinch kesari colour
- 1/2 cup ghee
Garnishing
ingredients:
- few cashewnuts
- few badam
- few pista

Pineapple kesari
preparation:
- Heat a deep pan with 2 tbsp of ghee.
- Roast the sooji in low flame till they turn into light
golden yellow colour.
- Remove from flame and keep aside.
- In the same pan add 2 tbsp of ghee and roast the
garnishing ingredients till they turn into golden yellow
colour.
- Remove from heat and broken into small pieces and keep
aside.
- Heat the same pan with water for 5 mins.
- Add the chopped pineapple pieces and cook till
soft.
- Add a pinch of kesari colour and mix well and allow to
boil.
- Now add roasted rava and keep stiring. (add rava slowly
in continuous flow while stiring)
- Once the rava is cooked add sugar and keep
stiring.
- Now add the remaining ghee and mix well.
- Finally garnish with garnishing ingredients and
pineapple kesari bath is ready to serve.
