Paratha
ingredients:
- 4 cups all purpose flour
- 3 tbsp ghee
- required quantity of water
- oil for basting
- 1 tsp salt

preparation:

Mix the flour with salt, oil, water
and make a soft and smooth dough.

Cover the dough with a clean and wet
cloth and keep restly for 2 hrs.

Then divide the dough into lemon size
equal balls.

Keep the ball in a flat surface and
roll out with a rolling pin.

Then fold it into half and again roll
it to a small round.and apply some
ghee.

Fold into half and again fold the
same.
-
Again start rolling and form a round
shape.

Heat a pan and put the rolled
paratha..
-
When the bubbles appear on the top
sprinkle some oil around the parota then turn
it over.
-
When the bubble colour changes to
light brown remove from flame.
-
Finally your paratha is ready to
serve.

Serve hot with channa
masala.
