Mushroom fried rice recipe

Mushroom fried rice ingredients:

  • 2 cups basmathi rice (cooked)
  • 200g button mushrooms
  • 1 finely chopped spring onions
  • 1 carrot
  • 10 beans
  • 1/2 cup peas (cooked)
  • 1 tsp green chilli sauce
  • 1 tsp soya sauce
  • 1" cinnamon stick
  • 1 cardamom
  • 2 cloves
  • 2 tbsp ghee/oil
  • salt to taste

Mushroom fried rice preparation:

  • Wash, peel and finely chop the carrots, beans and slice the mushrooms and and keep aside.
  • Dry roast the cinnamon, cardamom, cloves and powder it.
  • Heat a pan with ghee/oil and add the chopped vegetables and required quantity of salt.
  • Cover with a lid and cook on low flame till the vegetables become tender.
  • In-betwwn stir well, so that they don't burn.
  • Now add cooked peas and mix well.
  • Then add soya sauce, chilli sauce, ground masala powder.
  • Mix well and saute for few mins.
  • Finally add cooked basmathi rice and mix gently.
  • Garnish with finely chopped spring onions and serve hot with spicy chicken fry, potato fry, etc...

Prep time: 10-15mins

cooking : 10-20 mins

Serves: 2-4
