Mushroom fried rice
ingredients:
- 2 cups basmathi rice (cooked)
- 200g button mushrooms
- 1 finely chopped spring onions
- 1 carrot
- 10 beans
- 1/2 cup peas (cooked)
- 1 tsp green chilli sauce
- 1 tsp soya sauce
- 1" cinnamon stick
- 1 cardamom
- 2 cloves
- 2 tbsp ghee/oil
- salt to taste
Mushroom fried rice
preparation:
- Wash, peel and finely chop the carrots, beans and slice
the mushrooms and and keep aside.
- Dry roast the cinnamon, cardamom, cloves and powder
it.
- Heat a pan with ghee/oil and add the chopped
vegetables and required quantity of salt.
- Cover with a lid and cook on low flame till the
vegetables become tender.
- In-betwwn stir well, so that they don't burn.
- Now add cooked peas and mix well.
- Then add soya sauce, chilli sauce, ground masala
powder.
- Mix well and saute for few mins.
- Finally add cooked basmathi rice and mix gently.
- Garnish with finely chopped spring onions and serve hot
with spicy chicken fry, potato fry, etc...

cooking : 10-20 mins
