Curry Recipe

Goat curry
ingredients:
- 1/2 kg goat meat (mutton)
- 1 onion, finely chopped
- 1 tomato, finely chopped
- 1 tsp ginger garlic paste
- 1 tsp chilli powder or to taste
- 1 tsp coriander powder
- 1/4 tsp turmeric powder
- 1/2 tsp garam masala, (optional)
- salt to taste
- few coriander leaves for garnishing
- 1/2 tbsp oil
Seasoning
ingredients:
- 1/2 tsp mustard seeds
- few curry leaves

Goat curry or mutton
curry preparation:
- Cut the mutton into bite size pieces and wash with
plenty of water and drain completely.
- Heat a pan with oil and add mustard seeds.
- When they start to pop add curry leaves and chopped
onions.
- Saute till the onions become transparent and add
chopped tomatoes.
- Saute till the tomatoes become juicy.
- Add ginger garlic paste and saute till the raw smell
disappears.
- Add chilli powder, coriander powder and turmeric powder
and saute for few mins.
- Now add washed and drained mutton pieces and mix
well.
- Add 2 cups of water and cover with a lid and cook on
low flame till the goat pieces become tender.
- Then adjust salt and add garam masala.
- Finally garnish with coriander leaves and remove from
heat.
- Now your easy and tasty indian style goat curry is
ready to serve.
- Serve with rice, Roti, idly,
paratha, etc..
