Finger
chips or french fries
(Easy and tasty snach
recipe)

Finger chips
ingredients:
- 1 kg potatoes
- salt to taste
- oil for deep fry
French fries
preparation:
- wash and peel the outer layer of the skin.
- Cut the potatoes into even sized finger like
pieces.
- Put them in salt water and wash twice or thrice.
- Spread them in a clean towel to remove the excess of
water.
- Then heat a deep pan with required quantity of
oil.
- Deep fry them in hot oil till they turn into golden
yellow colour.
- Now remove and drain the excess of oil and sprinkle
with salt.
- Now your easy and tasty finger chips (french frys) is
ready to serve.
- Serve hot with tomato sauce or ketchup.
