Egg masala (kodi guddu
vepudu/muttai poriyal)
ingredients:
- 4 boiled eggs
- 1/2 tsp chilli powder or to taste
- 1 tsp roasted chana dhal powder
- salt to taste
- 1/2 tbsp oil
Kodi guddu vepudu or
muttai poriyal
preparation:
- Add chilli powder, chana dhal powder and salt in a bowl
and mix well.
- Heat a pan with oil and add the above mixture.
- Saute for a min and add boiled eggs.
- Cook on low flame for 5-10 mins.
- Remove from flame and serve hot your egg masala with
sambar rice, Biryani
