Cauliflower bajji
ingredients:
- medium size cauliflower, cut into florets
- 1 cup besan flour
- 2 tbsp rice flour
- a pinch of baking soda
- 3/4 tsp chilli powder or to taste
- salt to taste
- oil for deep fry
Gobi bajji
preparation:

Mix the flours, chilli powder,
baking soda and salt with required quantity of
water.

The batter should't be too thick
nor too thin.

Wash the gobi florets with warm
water.

Drain the water completely and
keep aside.

Now heat a pan with
oil.

Dip the cauliflower
(gobi) into the batter and slowly leave into
the oil.

Deep fry on both sides till they
turn into beautiful golden yellow
colour.

Remove from heat and drain the
oil.

Now your yummy and delicious
cauliflower bajji is ready to
serve.

Serve hot with chutney, sauce or
ketchup.
